NEW PANTONE Goe™ System
The new PANTONE Goe™ System has been developed to meet the changing needs of designers and printers in the twenty first century. The creative community has undergone significant changes over recent years, with the introduction of computer based page layout, illustrations and digital imaging software. Similarly, the printing industry has seen the evolution of computer hardware and software, and equipment for print production. It is now commonplace for a creative brief to include requirements for offset print, digital print, packaging, internet presence as well as the physical product.
The
PANTONE Goe™ System provides 2058 new solid colours with printed colour
references, ink mixing formulations and sRGB values. The colours are arranges in
chromatic order covering the whole colour spectrum, with an intuitive numbering
system, and printed onto a top quality coated offset stock. Products available
include Guide, Specifier Chips and supporting myPANTONE software.

Formulations for mixing the PANTONE Goe System colours are now included in the latest PANTONE Formula Scale 3 model range. Upgrades will be available for earlier PFS3 models.

CONVENIENT
FAN GUIDE FORMAT
The PANTONE GoeGuides each contain the full 2058 colour range, in the familiar and convenient fan guide format. Use the guides to select, specify and communicate solid colours from the PANTONE Goe™ System. The guides are chromatically arranged with a unique and intuitive numbering system.
Separate PANTONE GoeGuides are available printed on either grade #1 coated stock, or uncoated stock.
Ink mixing formulas are printed below each colour sample for mixing up the colours. Simplified formulations means that no colour uses more than two base colours, plus PANTONE Clear and/or PANTONE Neutral Black.
Also provided are sRGB values to simplify colour reproduction on screen and the web, and to promote viewing consistency. The Goe Library is now available ib QuarkXPress 7.31, or can be downloaded at www.quark.com.
For digital colour selection and palette creation, the guide package includes free download access to myPANTONE palettes software.

GoeSticks™ coated
ADHESIVE BACKED COLOUR CHIPS
Colour
sample chips for the full 2058 PANTONE Goe System colour range are provided in
the PANTONE GoeSticks coated two volume set. There are six self-adhesive
chips for each colour, which provide a precise and professional way to
communicate colour choices.
Experiment with palettes by arranging chips on the non-stick 'palette playgrounds' included in the package. If not required, chips can be returned to the original page for re-use. Once finalized, colour selections can be fixed to one of the supplied 'palette cards' for sharing with clients and printers as an accurate reference of colour requirements, and subsequently archiving with the project records.
Further explore colour options on screen, and create digital palettes using the myPANTONE palettes software provided.
